Summer Road Trip Part 2: Connecticut

The most exciting part of our trip to Connecticut was having Adelyn meet her Auntie Kara! The two of them bonded immediately. Adelyn even dressed up in the cute outfit that Kara had bought her for the special occasion.

My parents invited family over to their new house for a picnic barbeque to meet the newest addition to the family. The weather was perfect, which is tough to come by around CT these days. They have received over 17 inches of rain in the past two months, so everyone was happy to see the sun shining!

It was so nice for Adelyn to be able to meet

her Great Grandmother Finer and Great

Grandmother and Grandfather Chernovetz.

She also enjoyed meeting her great aunts, uncles,

and cousins; even though she slept for most of the afternoon.

Maggie, Katy and Rebecca also enjoyed meeting Adelyn and having the chance to hold her.
